Manchester United are reportedly showing a strong interest in securing the services of Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby, as stated by a report from the Daily Mail.

The 23-year-old Frenchman has emerged as one of the most impressive wingers in the Bundesliga, having had a remarkable season in which he contributed 14 goals and provided 11 assists from 48 appearances across all competitions.

While Arsenal and Newcastle United have previously expressed their admiration for Diaby, it is now believed that the Red Devils have also entered the race to sign him, further intensifying the transfer pursuit.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reportedly set his sights on acquiring a left winger this summer, largely due to the inconsistent form displayed by Jadon Sancho in the previous season.

Although Alejandro Garnacho has served as a reliable backup for Marcus Rashford over the past year, it seems that Ten Hag is keen on bolstering the squad with a more experienced player in that position.
